Savannah-based dental revenue cycle management provider, DCS, changes what its initials stand for from Dental Claim Support to Dental Cashflow Solutions
Savannah, GA, January 3, 2025 — Savannah-based dental revenue cycle management company, DCS, has changed its name from Dental Claim Support to Dental Cashflow Solutions. This change has been implemented after 12 years of a brand name that emphasized their dental insurance billing services. The new name better reflects the expanded revenue cycle management solutions offered by DCS, providing clarity to potential client-partners.
DCS was founded in 2012, and originally named Dental Claim Support. The founders, Josh Smith, Davy Clay, and Ryan Delettre, began DCS as a dental insurance billing company serving private practices. They spent the first 10 years after its inception providing claims management services to dental offices all over the United States.
At the beginning of 2023, they modernized their logo and expanded their solutions to encompass the full dental revenue cycle. These solutions include credentialing, scheduling, insurance verification, insurance billing, merchant services, and patient billing. Since then, it became clear that “Dental Claim Support” didn’t truly represent everything DCS offers.
CEO of DCS, Greg Gray further explains:
“What really excites me about the name change? It's twofold. One is internal. One is external. Externally, it reflects what we're doing for more people, more readily. And internally, it's always good to refresh things and get excited. It's got our all of our teammates focused in the right direction.”
