DCS has transitioned from our initials standing for Dental Claim Support to Dental Cashflow Solutions. This change better reflects how we help dental businesses of all sizes capture more revenue without increasing overhead costs.
DCS is a full-service revenue cycle management solution for dental businesses and oral surgery practices. Our services include credentialing, insurance verification, scheduling, insurance billing, merchant services, and patient billing. But this wasn’t always the case.
DCS started in 2012 as Dental Claim Support, an insurance billing company devoted exclusively to claims management for private dental practices. Our business has expanded dramatically since then to meet the dynamic needs of the dental industry. We’ve listened and added solutions in response to our customer’s requests — and our new name reflects that.
We’re still DCS, but now the abbreviation stands for Dental Cashflow Solutions.

From Claim Support to Cashflow Solutions: What’s the big change?
When DCS was founded in 2012, we only provided insurance billing. Our founders saw how hard it was for dental teams to submit clean claims and appeal denied ones, and they took action to ease the way. They explain:
